One of the things we are proud of at Piedmont Biofuels is that you can get a human on the phone.  And that human will be knowledgeable and will care.  We don’t have a fancy voice mail system.  We don’t even use extensions.  If the person you get cannot help you on the spot, they will email your name and number to the one who can.  We have a whole bunch of people who work at Piedmont, so if you have started a conversation with one of us, it is helpful if you remember who it is you were talking with.
